Everyone has their insecurities. I’m insecure about my teeth, about my height, about my thighs and about my boobs said by the girl from London Escorts of https://escortsinlondon.sx/.
But I also really like my eyes, I like my waist, I like my bum and I also like my boobs.
I realize that I have said that I like my boobs but also I’m insecure about my boobs.
And that’s totally valid. It depends on the day, on how I’m feeling, on what I’m wearing.
On the scale of really insecure to really confident, I am definitely more at the confident side of things, but that doesn’t stop me from feeling like shit when I want to rock a certain style or outfit.
But the fashion is made for somebody six inches taller than me with less boobs than me. It really makes me upset. But one thing that I always try to remember is that clothes should be made to fit you.
You don’t have to change to fit clothes. Although that’s not usually the case. One of my big top tips for body confidence is to get naked.
Like, just take off of your clothes and just hang out with yourself, naked. Just be naked with yourself.
Of course, if that does make you uncomfortable then I’m not gonna force you to be naked, of course not.
I’m personally at a place where I feel really happy being naked and when I feel good being naked on my own, if I’m with somebody else naked, then I’m not feeling anxious or nervous about the way I look.
To be honest, I’m more focused on how awesome they look naked. I’m not saying that you have to love yourself. I’m just saying that you don’t have to hate yourself.
This is really hard, but try not to compare yourself to others. I find that it’s really destructive. Try to think of your body as a tool. What do you need it for? To eat and sleep and walk and dance.
And all of these things. Having a body is awesome. If you have one it means you’re human and you’re alive. Although animals have bodies, but you know what I mean. If you have a human body then you’re a human.
Think of all the wonderful things that you can do with your body and then focus on that. Also whilst we’re at it can we just stop making the word fat an insult?
And also don’t believe people when they say that they’re just concerned about their health.
Health is something so much more complicated than the amount of fat that you have. So much more complicated.
Just remember that whatever your body shape, whatever your body type, however you look, you deserve love and you deserve respect and you deserve kindness and vice versa.
Respect other people, love other people, be kind to other people.
Body image and self esteem, especially when you’re growing up, suck. You just feel crap about yourself all the time and you’re constantly comparing yourself to other people and it makes you feel worse and you wish you didn’t ’cause you know that you’d just feel better if you just focused on yourself, but you can’t help it. And it’s just one of those weird, vicious cycles. And we’ve all been there.
